Linda Laderach

Linda Laderach, violinist, combines her performing career on both the Baroque and modern violins with her teaching career at Mount Holyoke College. She has performed as a soloist and chamber musician since her solo debut with the Toledo Symphony at the age of 16.

Laderach and Mount Holyoke colleague Larry Schipull have toured Western Europe, Asia and the United States with recitals on the early violin with harpsichord and fortepiano and modern violin with piano and organ; together they have recorded and produced two cd’s: Beethoven Sonatas and I Wonder as I Wander. Favorite activities are teaching the amazing Mount Holyoke students and working together with her extraordinary department colleagues, followed closely by travel and photography.

“delectable . . . extraordinarily stylish violin playing by Linda Laderach”
