Larry Schipull

larry-schipullLarry D. Schipull is a Professor of Music at Mount Holyoke College, where he has taught organ, harpsichord, fortepiano, and music fundamentals for nearly thirty years. He has performed as a recitalist and chamber musician on four continents. He regularly performs with the Mount Holyoke Faculty Baroque Ensemble, devoted to historically informed performance practices, and he supplied continuo for Five College Opera productions of Francesca Caccini’s La liberazione di Ruggiero and Henry Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas. He has also been a regular participant in previous Five College New Music Festivals, although this year marks his debut as a harpsichordist at the Festival.
