Austin Smith is a guitarist, composer, and music educator from Truro, MA. He began his studies at Berklee College of Music where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Composition and later completed his Master’s in Composition at UMass Amherst. He has performed a wide range of music with artists such as Lily Mae Harrington, Marton Juhasz, and the Boston Conservatory Chamber Ensemble. He was a finalist in The American Prize Competition in 2018 & 2020 and received the IBLA award for Most Distinguished Musician and Special Mention in 2019.
